These terms govern your use of the Magic Foto iOS application, developed by Blackbone SRL. By installing or using the app you agree to them. Where applicable, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Magic Foto on Apple devices you own or control, for personal or commercial editing of your own photos.
2. Your content
Your photos are and remain entirely yours. The app processes them only on your device — we never receive, store or claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for having the right to edit the photos you use.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to create content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others (including image rights of persons in the photos). Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it.
4. Purchases
If the app offers optional one-time purchases (e.g. “Remove Ads”), they are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices from Settings → Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
5. No warranty & liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
6. Changes
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “updated” date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Primești o licență personală de utilizare a aplicației pe dispozitivele tale Apple. Pozele tale rămân integral ale tale — sunt procesate doar pe dispozitiv, noi nu le primim niciodată. Nu folosi aplicația pentru conținut ilegal sau care încalcă drepturile altora. Eventualele achiziții unice (ex. „Elimină reclamele") sunt procesate de Apple prin Apple ID-ul tău și se pot restaura oricând. Aplicația e oferită „ca atare"; legea aplicabilă este cea română.
