Magic Foto is developed by Blackbone SRL (the “app”, “we”). This page explains, in plain language, what the app does with your data.
In short: Magic Foto runs 100% on your device. It has no account system, no backend server, no analytics, no tracking SDKs and no ads. Your photos and edits never leave your iPhone.
1. Data we collect
None. The app does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. All photo processing — including AI background removal (Apple Vision framework) — runs locally on your device’s chip. The app works fully offline.
2. Your photos
- Photos you pick are processed only in the app’s memory, on your device.
- Exports are saved to your photo library and/or the app’s local “Your creations” folder.
- Nothing is uploaded anywhere. We have no servers that could receive your photos.
3. Permissions the app asks for
- Add to Photo Library — only to save your exported creations. We never read your library through this permission.
- Camera (optional) — only if you choose “Take a photo” to edit a new shot.
You can deny either permission and still use the rest of the app.
4. Local storage
Settings (language, sounds, haptics, saved edit recipe) and your creations gallery are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you delete the app. You can also delete all creations anytime from Settings.
5. Ads & future versions
The current version contains no advertising and no tracking. If a future version introduces an optional ad-supported tier, it will ask for tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, honour your choice (non-personalized ads if you decline), and this policy will be updated before release.
6. Children
The app is rated 4+. Since no data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children either.

Magic Foto rulează 100% pe telefonul tău: fără cont, fără servere, fără analytics, fără reclame și fără tracking. Nu colectăm niciun fel de date. Pozele tale sunt procesate exclusiv local (inclusiv decuparea fundalului) și nu părăsesc niciodată dispozitivul. Permisiuni: salvare în Poze (doar pentru exporturi) și Cameră (opțional). Setările și creațiile se stochează local și dispar la ștergerea aplicației.
