These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blackbone Social(the "Service"), available at social.blackbone.ro and operated by Blackbone SRL, a company registered in Romania. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Blackbone Social is a social network where you can post text, images and polls, follow other people, send direct messages, and interact through likes, reposts, replies, hashtags and bookmarks. We may modify, update or discontinue the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate any person or entity.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- post content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or that incites hatred, violence or discrimination;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- post spam, scams, malware or run automated abuse;
- exploit or endanger minors;
- gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt, the Service.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report content and block or mute users; we may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
5. Your content
You retain the rights to what you post and are responsible for it. You grant us a technical license to store, display and distribute your content within the Service so it can function (e.g. showing your posts to your followers). We do not claim ownership and do not sell your content.
6. Moderation
We provide in-service reporting, blocking and muting. We may remove reported content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Public posts remain subject to moderation.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackbone SRL is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or interruptions, and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Romania, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
